At Oak Appliance Testing our goal is your safety, the safety of you
and your employees, your customers, and your livelihood. We know
only too well all of the hard work, and long days that you have spent
starting your business from the ground up and that long struggle to
make it to where you are today.
The devestating effects that can destroy all of the aforementioned
are fortunately unknown for nearly all of you. But this is the
catch 22 of the situation because this also leads most people into a
false sense of security, not knowing, or not believing the detrimental
effects that an incident can have on your life.
The Health & Safety Executive (HSE) have the safety requirements in
place not to protect your wallet but to protect the lives of those
working or visiting your premises and business. These wouldn't be in
place unless lives are frequently lost, or severely damaged.
Now for the part that doesn't really concern the HSE; your pocket.
This is more to do with prosecution services, injury lawyers, and the
loss and grief caused to the loved ones of those injured. Further down
the line is the Health & Safety prosecution service, and the Magistrates
or Crown Courts.
This is not scaremongering, this is our true concern for you and all
involved with your business. I personally have been shocked, and
